Groundcrew Has Hollywood Talent

We do have great connections in LA and can get Hollywood talent; but did you know our local talent is in Hollywood? It’s true. Not only will you hear many of our folks on national radio and tv but now movie trailers. Get the best performance – be gentle and supportive

Voice talent want to please you. They really, really want to do a good job. You just have to guide them and be open and supportive to what they give you. Here is a scenario of what you might say and what talent hears. First bad, then good.

| That’s not quite it. | We can hire someone else, can’t you get it? |
On the other hand you could try:

Anyway you get the picture. Try to give talent organic direction so they can come up with a read on their own. It will be more believeable.
